Revoke/Change the administrator

To cancel / change a business administrator, you must register a notice to the Trade Register in the jurisdiction where that company operates.

Details of the difference between cancellation and change manager: there are cases where a company has more administrators. If you want one of them to cease to be a director, without being called instead of another person, then it will proceed to cancel. If instead a person appointed administrator wants the appointment of another person, then it will proceed to change the administrator.

At the start of the procedure, or at some point during the preparation of the case, besides the required documents it is required the shareholder / shareholders, the company stamp and copies of all documents.

  • Delegation.

In case of appointing a new administrator it will be required a statement Administrator and specimen signatures.
