Introduction<\/h3>\n  <p>These terms and conditions govern the use of services offered by Kontas AI Solutions SRL, hereinafter referred to as &#8220;the Company&#8221;. By accessing and using our services, you explicitly accept these terms and conditions. The Company is registered and operates in accordance with Romanian legislation, including CECCAR regulations and legislation applicable to accounting experts.<\/p>\n\n  <h3>2. Definitions<\/h3>\n  <ul>\n    <li>Client: The natural or legal person who benefits from the services offered by the Company.<\/li>\n    <li>Services: Accounting services, tax consultancy, payroll, legal assistance, and other related services.<\/li>\n  <\/ul>\n\n  <h3>3. Subject of the contract<\/h3>\n  <p>The Company offers accounting and tax consultancy services in accordance with professional and legal standards in force. All services are provided based on a contract signed by both parties.<\/p>\n\n  <h3>4. Company obligations<\/h3>\n  <ul>\n    <li>To provide contracted services in accordance with professional standards and CECCAR regulations.<\/li>\n    <li>To maintain confidentiality of information received from the Client.<\/li>\n    <li>To inform the Client about any relevant legislative changes for their activity.<\/li>\n  <\/ul>\n\n  <h3>5. Client obligations<\/h3>\n  <ul>\n    <li>To provide the Company with all necessary information and documents for service provision.<\/li>\n    <li>To pay for services according to the terms agreed in the contract.<\/li>\n    <li>To respect established deadlines for providing necessary documents.<\/li>\n  <\/ul>\n\n  <h3>6. Payment terms and conditions<\/h3>\n  <p>Services are invoiced monthly or according to another agreement specified in the contract. Payment is made within 15 days from invoice issuance.<\/p>\n\n  <h3>7. Confidentiality<\/h3>\n  <p>The Company commits to protecting the confidentiality of all information received from the Client and to use it exclusively for fulfilling contractual obligations.<\/p>\n\n  <h3>8. Company liability<\/h3>\n  <p>The Company will not be liable for any indirect losses or damages suffered by the Client. The Company&#8217;s total liability is limited to the value of services provided in the last 12 months.<\/p>\n\n  <h3>9. Contract termination<\/h3>\n  <p>The contract may be terminated by either party with 30 days&#8217; written notice. In case of serious breach of obligations, termination may be done immediately, without notice.<\/p>\n\n  <h3>10. Force majeure<\/h3>\n  <p>Neither party will be liable for non-performance of contractual obligations due to force majeure events, such as natural disasters, wars, or other similar events.<\/p>\n\n  <h3>11. Applicable legislation<\/h3>\n  <p>These terms and conditions are governed by the legislation in force in Romania. Any dispute will be resolved by competent courts in Romania.<\/p>\n\n  <h3>12. Terms modifications<\/h3>\n  <p>The Company reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions.
