1. Introduction
These terms and conditions govern the use of services offered by Kontas AI Solutions SRL, hereinafter referred to as the “Company”. By accessing and using our services, you explicitly accept these terms and conditions. The Company is registered and operates in accordance with Romanian legislation, including CECCAR norms and applicable legislation for certified accountants.
2. Definitions
- Client: The natural or legal person who benefits from the services offered by the Company.
- Services: Accounting services, tax consulting, payroll, legal assistance, and other related services.
3. Object of the contract
The Company offers accounting and tax consulting services in accordance with current professional and legal standards. All services are provided based on a contract signed by both parties.
4. Company’s Obligations
- To provide contracted services in accordance with professional standards and CECCAR norms.
- To maintain the confidentiality of information received from the Client.
- To inform the Client about any legislative changes relevant to their activity.
5. Client’s Obligations
- To provide the Company with all necessary information and documents for the provision of services.
- To pay for the services according to the terms agreed in the contract.
- To respect the deadlines set for providing the necessary documents.
6. Payment Terms and Conditions
Services are invoiced monthly or according to another agreement specified in the contract. Payment is due within 15 days from the invoice issuance.
7. Confidentiality
The Company commits to protecting the confidentiality of all information received from the Client and to use it exclusively for fulfilling contractual obligations.
8. Company’s Liability
The Company will not be liable for any indirect losses or damages suffered by the Client. The total liability of the Company is limited to the value of services provided in the last 12 months.
9. Contract Termination
The contract can be terminated by either party with a 30-day written notice. In case of serious breach of obligations, termination can be immediate, without notice.
10. Force Majeure
Neither party will be liable for non-performance of contractual obligations due to force majeure events, such as natural disasters, wars, or other similar events.
11. Applicable Legislation
These terms and conditions are governed by the current legislation of Romania. Any dispute will be resolved by the competent courts in Romania.
12. Modifications of Terms
The Company reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions. Changes will be communicated to the Client at least 30 days before they come into effect.
